Lamp Shades Discussions

Vintage Lamp Shades. Trash Or Treasure?
I bought these lampshades during fall bazaar at a retirement community. i believe they are old, but not sure how old. the washer at the top says leonard r foss. they are made out of rawhide and look like hand stitched lacing on the edges. they are still in their plastic and have the original tags. the only problem is the rails are painted and the paint is coming off.
